Novak: Rehnquist to retire soon

Well, one thing about Bob Novak is that he gets good scoops, considering he found out the name of a CIA agent and reported on it. But anyway, according to Novak, Rehnquist is going to retire this week. If Novak is right Bush has the opportunity to nominate an extremist to fill Rehnquist's seat and Alberto Gonzales to fill O'Connor's, who by comparison will look much more moderate and therefore get through confirmation.
